A Champaign County Tradition
The Champaign County Fair Pig Show has been a cornerstone of the annual fair for generations. Each summer, 4-H and FFA youth from across the county bring their market hogs and showmanship skills to compete for ribbons, trophies, and the coveted Grand Champion title.
The show celebrates hard work, dedication, and the agricultural heritage of Champaign County. From early morning weigh-ins to the final champion drive, it's one of the most exciting events at the fair.

Who can participate in the Pig Show?
The show is open to all 4-H and FFA members enrolled in Champaign County. Exhibitors must be between 8 and 18 years old and have completed the required project work.
How do I register my pig?
Registration is handled through your local 4-H extension office. Deadlines and forms are available from the Champaign County Extension office.
